WHAT WE DO AT ID ACADEMY UK
Since opening ID Studios in the heart of Canvey Island, we have proudly provided dance training to more than 1,000 dancers from the local community and beyond.
We offer high-quality dance education for all abilities, from complete beginners to professional performers, with classes available for ages 2 through to adults. Our mission is to make exceptional dance training accessible to everyone, creating opportunities for individuals to develop their skills, build confidence, perform, and thrive.
We are proud to collaborate with talented freelance dancers and choreographers from local, national, and international backgrounds. Their diverse expertise and industry experience allow us to bring a wide range of dance styles and professional-level training to the South East Essex community, all at an affordable price.
As a community-focused studio, accessibility and inclusion remain at the heart of everything we do. We work closely with local schools, youth services, and community organisations to encourage participation in the arts, nurture creativity, and inspire the next generation of performers.
Our Mission Statement
At ID Academy UK, we are dedicated to helping young people within our community discover and develop their own unique identity through dance.
Our mission is to provide exceptional, industry-focused training that equips dancers with the versatility, technical skills, and confidence needed to excel in national competitions and pursue successful careers within the performing arts industry.
Alongside artistic development, we are equally committed to nurturing personal growth. We strive to create a supportive and inspiring environment where every dancer, regardless of age, experience, or ability, feels valued, empowered, and motivated to reach their full potential. Our goal is for every student to leave each class feeling more confident, capable, and educated than when they arrived.
Through high-quality training, positive mentorship, and a strong sense of community, we aim to inspire the next generation of performers while helping young people build skills that will benefit them both on and off the stage.
WE LOVE CREATING A SAFE SPACE FOR OUR ID STUDENTS & THEIR FAMILIES.
